I hit a bit of a wall these last couple of weeks because I accidentally wrote the ending of my novel and I do not have enough written before to call it a book yet.
I just spent the last few hours reorganizing the chapters and moving scenes around. I am have found that I glossed over parts that would make better story telling if I expand some sections that I didn’t put in.
Long story short, I need to put in more conflict and adventure into this story. So far the protagonist has had things way too easy and now it’s time to really fuck with her life a bit more.
The upside to knowing the ending that I have written is that I can work in the foreshadowing as I go.
